  • The driver of the Toyota was found with serious injuries and died at the scene 
  • The two men driving other cars, 19 and 20, were uninjured and taken for testing 

An elderly woman has been killed in a horror three-car collision at a suburban intersection.

Police were called to Raby Road in Raby, south-western Sydney about 4.50pm on Tuesday after reports of a crash involving a Ford Falcon, a Mazda 3 and a Toyota Corolla near the corner of Mustang Drive.

The driver of the Toyota, a 70-year-old woman, was found with serious injuries.

She died at the scene despite emergency crews’ attempts to save her life. 

The uninjured drivers of the other vehicles, two men aged 19 and 20, were taken to Liverpool Hospital for mandatory testing. 

A crime scene was established and an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash is underway. 

A report will be prepared for the coroner.
