The Sydney-based DJ, who goes by tonezentertainment on TikTok, posted snippets of the wild celebrations to the video-sharing app.

‘Wedding or Rave?’ he asked.

Dj Tonez told Daily Mail Australia he was hired by the bridge and groom, who ‘really love’ Hi-NRG.

The genre, ‘high energy’, is uptempo disco or electronic dance music.

‘Once I started playing that type of music, the LED foam sticks came out of no where and everyone had one,’ he said.

‘Then it was just party on from there.’

Videos showed wedding guests clap their light sticks and throw their arms into the air to the beat.
