Shooting at Pennsylvania convenience store sparks massive multi-agency police response
A shooting outside a Pennsylvania convenience store this morning has sparked a massive multi-agency law enforcement response.
The shooting occurred at a Wawa in Upper Macungie Township, just outside Allentown, shortly before 6am.
Authorities responded to reports of an active shooting.
It was not immediately clear how many people were injured but a coroners vehicle was spotted on the scene at about 8am.
A heavy police presence remains around the convenience store, as well as a nearby day care center parking lot.
Police have released few details but are scheduled to hold a press conference shortly about the incident.
