Shocking moment furious woman rams other woman's car outside California McDonald's

A driver slammed into another car waiting in a Bay Area McDonald’s drive-thru line before running the victim over and dragging her across town, following an epic road rage attack.

In a video recorded on February 5 at around noon, the unidentified suspect is seen lashing out an expletive-filled rant at the victim in the fast-food restaurant’s parking lot in Richmond, California.

The furious woman, who seems to be working in nursing care due to the hospital scrubs that she was wearing, allegedly accused the victim of cutting in front of her in the drive-through.

The suspect’s anger escalated, and she started throwing items, including a water bottle, at the other car, as the terrified mother-of-two continued recording with her three and five-year-old sons.

‘They were so scared,’ said the woman, who only wanted to be called by her first name – Amaro – out of fear. ‘I was terrified, for my children, for myself.’

However, the incident didn’t stop there.

The suspect, who police said was accompanied by an older male passenger, gets back inside her vehicle and decides to do something completely out of the blue: charge into the victim’s van with her car.

Completely shocked by the move, Amaro said she stopped recording on her phone and got out of her car to prevent the suspect from fleeing. She said she stood in front of the other vehicle to stop the driver from taking off.

‘The suspect decides to accelerate, strikes our victim with the front bumper,’ Sergeant Aaron Pomeroy of the Richmond Police Department told KTVU.

‘I was able to hold on to the hood of her car and she drove off with me out of the McDonald’s,’ added Amaro.

Just before turning onto the town’s 23rd Street, the suspect hard-braked her car, which caused Amaro to fall off the hood after hanging on for more than 150 feet.

‘As I was trying to get up and get my balance back on my feet, she got out of her vehicle and started punching me multiple times,’ said Amaro. ‘I counted six times in my face, but it could have been more.’

After the woman rammed her car, the victim (pictured), who only identifies by her first name - Amaro, said she stood in front of the suspect's vehicle so that she wouldn't flee the scene. But, the woman ran her over and even though Amaro hung onto the suspect's car roof, she was dragged her across town for more than 150 feet, before she fell off and was punched several times

It was revealed later by police that the suspect was not the owner of the Honda Civic used in the assault. The car was eventually found by authorities, who said its owner was not cooperating with the investigation.

Police have now asked for the public’s help to identify the suspect, who faces several serious charges.

‘We are investigating this as an assault with a deadly weapon because her vehicle was used specifically as a weapon to ram the other vehicle,’ Sergeant Pomeroy told KTVU.

Amaro has recovered from her bruises, but senses that she’ll constantly be worrying about the safety of her boys, who were traumatized by what happened in the parking lot, until the mysterious woman is caught.

‘Just the thought of me running into her again is terrifying,’ she said.

Amaro added that McDonald’s was a place where she would go with her kids in the event of a rare treat. However, the boys are now afraid to go back and are having nightmares about the incident.

Richmond Police said they urge anyone with information on the assault to contact its hotline immediately.
