Former Manchester United ace Phil Neville has slashed the price of his penthouse flat by £750,000 in an attempt to offload it after becoming Inter Miami boss.
The retired Premier League star has had the three-storey apartment in flash Beetham Tower, in Central Manchester, on the market for much of the last decade.
However after snapping up the manager’s role at David Beckham’s Inter Miami in Major League Soccer, the 44-year-old has cut the asking price by more than 20 per cent.
The four-bedroom flat offers panoramic views of the city and was put on the market for £3.5million in July.
The former England Lionesses boss has now slashed the asking price by £750,000 – making it £2.75 million.
The 4,448 square ft penthouse is called the Orchid Suite, and takes up the 44th, 45th and 46th floors of Beetham Tower – one of the tallest and thinnest skyscrapers in the UK.

The three-storey flat is not the only property Neville is trying to sell after bagging the Inter Miami role.
The Three Lions hero is also flogging his family home in Hale, Greater Manchester, where he lives with wife Julie, 43, and kids Harvey, 18, and Isabella, 17.
He’s put the stunning six-bedroom property – complete with a gym, swimming pool and cinema room – up for sale for £5.25 million.
Neville was appointed Inter Miami boss in January after managing the England women’s national team for three years.
He made 386 for Manchester United and 303 appearances for Everton in a stellar career.
Neville won the Premier League six times, the FA Cup three times and the Champions League once.
