Former members of Jake Paul’s Team 10 house where he lived with aspiring social media influencers have accused the YouTube star of using his monopoly to determine who became famous, stealing profits from their brand deals and even sexual assault.
The social media star turned boxer has made millions of dollars since he rose to fame at the age of 16.
He has always been controversial but the 24-year-old is now facing intense scrutiny following a series of allegations from other influencers, including some he promised to help become famous.
Two female influencers have come forward to publicly accuse Paul of sexual misconduct and assault when they were teenagers.
Other influencers have also claimed Paul manipulated and exploited them when they by controlling who became famous and the money they made from their content.
They were all part of, or at least linked to, Team 10 – a marketing and creative agency that Paul launched back in 2016. It involved him and six other content creators, who were aged between 14 and 19, living together in a California home.
In interviews with the New York Times, some of those former Team 10 members have now opened up about the alleged exploitation they experienced as teenagers at the hands of Paul.

Two women have now come forward to accuse Paul of sexual misconduct or assault.
Justine Paradise, who is now a TikTok star, took to social media this month to allege Paul forced her to perform oral sex on him at the Team 10 house in July 2019.
She claimed she was forced to sign a non-disclosure agreement before visiting his mansion after they were introduced by a mutual friend and started texting.
Paul has denied the allegations, calling them 100 percent false.
‘One of those days, I was in the studio – some people were recording down there – and Jake pulled me into this little corner area in the studio and started kissing me. I was fine with that. I did think he was cute,’ Paradise said in a YouTube video earlier this month.
Paradise claimed Paul then led her to his bedroom and they started dancing and kissing until ‘he took it to his bed.’ She claimed that when she moved her hands away from him, he asked: ‘If nothing’s going to happen, what’s the point?’
Paradise said: ‘Sex is very special and very important to me. Normally, everybody respects me when I don’t want to do sexual things, so I thought that it was fine if I went in his room. I thought it would be fine to kiss him, because I thought he would stop if I didn’t want to do anything else.’
The influencer – who has 524K followers – said things started to escalate after she said and claims Paul was on top of her when he allegedly forced her to perform oral sex.
‘He didn’t ask for consent or anything. That’s not okay. On no level at all is that okay,’ she said.
Paradise claims she repeatedly reached out to Paul after to talk him about what had happened but he refused to speak to her.

Separately, model and actress Railey Lollie, now 21, said she started working with Paul when she was 17 and that he would often call her ‘jailbait’.
She claims Paul groped her in late 2017 after they finished filming a video and she forcefully told him to stop.
Lollie said she quit soon after that alleged incident.
‘I was with Jake for months and I saw what kind of person he was behind the scenes and what kind of person he put out to the rest of the world,’ Lollie said.
Former Team 10 house members, who were allowed to live at the home for free in exchange for producing content that Paul could monetize from, say the YouTuber used his fame to exploit them.
Members said Paul, as part of the Team 10 agreement, was allowed able to take 10 to 20 percent of their YouTube ad revenue for five years.
They also said Paul would control business email accounts for each member in order to solicit brand deals and opportunities.
AJ Mitchell, who was just 14 when he moved into the Team 10 house in May 2016, said he was never aware of the opportunities or brand deals he was personally being pitched.
He said he never received any payment from Team 10 in the 14 months he was part of it.
Mitchell said during that time he was paid directly for just two brand deals.
He also said Paul would manipulate them and that social media followers was the prime currency of Team 10.
‘If you got tagged in one of Jake’s YouTube videos, you could get 50,000 followers,’ Mitchell said.
‘Jake would use that to manipulate everyone. If anyone didn’t do what Jake wanted, he’d tell everyone else in the house not to tag them. Jake had a monopoly, and he decided who got famous.’

Paul announced late last year that he would be selling the Team 10 mansion. He has since gone on to announce a venture capitalist fund he is trying to launch and, in addition to his social media, is now making money as a professional boxer
Mitchell and other former Team 10 members also described the living conditions inside the home, saying there were frequent parties and that they often were made to be subjects in Paul’s videos.
They said Paul once used a chain-saw to cut through a bedroom door to wake up two people up.
Mitchell also claims he came home one day to find that his keyboard had been thrown into the pool as part of one of Paul’s videos.
Of the parties, Mitchell – who was only 14 – said he once drank so much that he blacked out.
He left the house in late 2016 after his mother found out about one of the parties. He said he only recently revealed the full extent of what went on to his parents.
After he left the Team 10 house, Paul and the group were forced to relocate to another property after neighbors complained to police that they had created a ‘living hell’.
Paul announced late last year that he would be selling the Team 10 mansion. The mansion was the subject of an FBI raid last August during which agents seized some guns from the property.
He relocated from Los Angeles to Miami amid the COVID-19 pandemic, which he previously referred to as a ‘hoax’.
He has since gone on to announce a venture capitalist fund he is trying to launch and, in addition to his social media, is now making money as a professional boxer.
Paul rose to fame on the now-defunct short video app Vine when he was just 16 years old. He currently boasts more than 20 million subscribers on his YouTube channel.
