A primary school IT specialist has been charged for engaging in sexual activities with multiple underage girls and recording the sick acts without their knowledge.

Jake Mokdissi, 24, plead guilty to 15 counts of using a service to engage in sexual activity with a child in Melbourne’s County Court last Thursday.

The ex-school staffer used Snapchat and Omegle to facilitate the lewd sexual acts he asked multiple underage girls from a Craigieburn-based school to perform online.

The Lalor resident targeted school girls aged 13-15 to engage in his sick fantasies for three months between November 2019 and January of last year.

The IT expert used FlashBack Pro 5 to record his victims, and threatened to leak the footage if the girls refused to perform the lewd acts.

The 24-year-old sent numerous illicit messages to his victims and was unfazed by their age, daring to pleasure himself in front of the young girls.

Mokdissi said to one student aged 14 or 15 that it was ‘good enough for me’ when she shared her true age.

The predator also told multiple victims he didn’t care they were too young, and told one girl who voiced her fear of being caught not to worry.

The IT expert was finally busted when an undercover cop posing as a school girl began communications with Mokdissi.

He asked who he believed to be a teenage girl to perform erotic sex acts, offering to pay for her mobile data if she obliged.

Police arrested and charged Mokdissi in January last year and seized various devices he had used to communicate with his victims.

The County Court heard Mokdissi had completed a Chisholm Tafe qualification before working as an IT specialist at a primary school for six years.

The predator had also volunteered to help with the Craigieburn school’s human powered vehicle program.

The court heard Mokdissi left his job after he was charged, but remained in contact with his employer who ‘reached out’ and was ‘supportive’.

Their communications ceased after he lost his working with children check.

The 24-year-old received references of character from his friends and family, with the judge Howard Mason describing him as ‘well-liked’.

Mokdissi – who had no prior convictions – was remanded for sentencing on April 19 and will be a registered sex offender for the rest of his life.
