Dr Dre’s estranged wife Nicole has won her legal battle to force three alleged mistresses of the hip-hop tycoon to reveal intimate secrets about their relationships with her soon-to-be ex-husband.
A judge has ordered the women – singer Jillian Speer, model turned skin care entrepreneur Kili Anderson, and Crystal Rogers – aka Crystal Sierra – who is known as the ‘Queen of Latin hip-hop – to spill the beans on Dre, according to new court documents obtained by DailyMail.com.
He also ‘fined’ each woman $2,500 for ‘resisting’ Nicole’s efforts to subpoena them.
All three had fought Nicole’s motion in October to depose them as witnesses in her bitter divorce from 56 year-old Dre – real name Andre Young – after 24 years of marriage.
They hired lawyer Kris LeFan who argued that none of the women have information relevant to Dre’s divorce and that Nicole’s motions ‘are nothing more than a continuation of her desperate efforts to annoy and harass [Dre] into disregarding the parties’ prenuptial agreement and harass [Anderson, Speer and Rodgers].’

But in a new ruling last week by retired Judge David Weinberg, the private ‘discovery referee’ who is adjudicating the case, the women lost their fight and were ordered to submit to giving depositions.
‘Each of them may have information relevant to the issue of temporary support and fees as well as….. on the validity and enforceability of the alleged pre-marital agreement,’ Judge Weinberg wrote in his decision.
‘As such, their depositions may be taken, narrowly tailored to those discrete subject matters.’
The judge limited each woman’s deposition to two hours. But he also ordered each of them to pay $2,500 in ‘sanctions’ for originally refusing to comply with the subpoena requests.
‘Their resistance to this request was without substantiation,’ he said.
The ruling marks one of two legal victories last week for Nicole, who has also been seeking access to the couple’s marital home that is now occupied by Dre.
In a second ruling last Thursday, the judge said Dre must let his estranged wife into his home to collect her possessions and ‘inspect documents’.
The mom-of-two is currently living in the couple’s Malibu mansion but filed a motion last month to gain access to Dre’s Brentwood property that they previously shared.
Nicole said she wanted to collect possessions and inspect mutual property after becoming outraged from seeing social media posts shot by Dre’s alleged mistresses in her bathroom and using her things.

A minute order obtained by DailyMail.com says Dre must allow her prompt access to the home and cannot stop her from taking her possessions.
Nicole will also be allowed to inspect and copy ‘personal records, documents, computer and electronic files, video and audio recordings and any and all contents relevant to the issues’ raised as part of the divorce process.
Sources said that is likely to include financial documents such as credit card receipts and utility bills among other items.
The biggest issue of dispute in the couple’s messy divorce has been the pre-marital agreement (PMA) the couple signed just before they married in Maui, Hawaii on May 25, 1996.
Nicole, 50, has claimed she was ‘coerced’ into signing the PMA, which Dre allegedly tore up after they tied the knot in a romantic gesture of love for her.
Dre, however, insists he didn’t force her to sign the document, and that he never destroyed it nor had it changed.
Dre wants the court to determine whether the prenup is valid and enforceable.
Since Nicole filed for divorce in June last year, the couple’s split has become increasingly hostile. Proceedings were briefly paused in January after Dre was hospitalized for a week with a brain aneurysm but have now resumed.
In October, Dre accused his wife of criminal conduct saying she ’embezzled’ more than $350,000 from one of their bank accounts.
Then, in February, DailyMail.com revealed that Nicole filed court documents accusing her husband of violent and emotional abuse during their marriage.

The music tycoon held a gun to her head, punched her in the face and slammed her against a wall, lifting her off her feet by her neck, she claimed in court documents.
Dre has strongly denied Nicole’s abuse claims, calling them ‘appalling’ and accusing his soon-to-be-ex wife of using her allegations to try to force him to pay her a larger share of his estimated $1billion fortune.
But shortly after her presenting her scathing abuse claim to the court, Nicole’s legal team huddled with Dr Dre’s lawyers and the end result was that Dre – who was reportedly still in his hospital bed after suffering a brain aneurysm in January- signed an agreement to pay Nicole a lump sum of $2million in temporary support until April.
Dre had already been paying his estranged spouse $293,000 a month in support.
Nicole however has since asked the court to order him to pay her almost $2million a month, plus another $5million for attorney fees.
Nicole – who claimed in legal documents that Dre has more than $260million on hand in cash and Apple stocks – has argued that she has a right to continue the lavish lifestyle she had as Mrs Andre Young, which she said costs around $2.3million per month.
Dre had opposed the payout, saying it was ‘outlandish’ because he is already covering her expenses.

Another judge was also asked in February to address a separate motion from Dre’s attorneys to throw out a separate civil case in which Nicole, 51, is laying claim to half his business empire.
Dre wants the financial issues from that civil suit dealt with by the divorce court, instead of the civil court.
Judge Michael Powell scheduled a hearing on May 14 to determine whether Nicole’s civil suit against her estranged husband should be consolidated with the couple’s separate divorce case.
The rapper also faces a hearing over her allegations of domestic abuse, with a court appearance scheduled for next week to hear Nicole’s claims.
Last month, she applied for a temporary restraining order against The Chronic hitmaker but it was denied pending a full hearing.
Dre has denied the allegations, insisting in papers filed in January that ‘at no time did I abuse Nicole or threaten her physical safety,’ during their 24-year marriage.
But in a counter-filing, Nicole blasted Dre’s statements as ‘blatant lies’.
‘I have explained in excruciating and painful detail the abuse that Andre has perpetrated against me over our more than 25 year-relationship,’ she said.
The new ruling marks the latest escalation in what has become a bitter divorce battle that has seen the pair row over finances, trade allegations of abuse and fraud, and contest the existence of their pre-nuptial agreement.
She added: ‘Andre held a gun to my head on two occasions, on January 8, 2000 and November 20 2001,’ she claimed. ‘Andre has punched me in the head/face on two occasions, in 1999 and on January 8, 2000.
‘Andre kicked down the door to a bedroom in which I was hiding from his rage in 2016,’ she added. ‘Andre has verbally and emotionally decimated my personhood to the extent that I currently suffer from post-traumatic stress syndrome.’
Young conceded that Dre was right when he also claimed in his declaration that the police were never called to their home during their marriage.
But she noted: ‘Andre conspicuously omits the fact that the police were called in approximately September 1995, shortly before our marriage, after he slammed me up against a wall and lifted me off the floor by my neck.
‘During our marriage, I considered calling the police several times but, as I fell deeper into the abusive relationship, my fear of Andre outweighed any confidence I had that the police could help me.’
She concluded: ‘It is misleading, revolting and insulting for Andre to suggest that I have not been abused because, as a victim of relentless abuse and isolation, I did not create and maintain a contemporaneous record of the abuse inflicted on me.
‘It is well known and accepted that most victims of domestic violence do not have documentary evidence of their abuse.’
