Horror as man plunges from a balcony holding an 18-month-old baby and both SURVIVE with just a single graze on the child’s head as cops investigate


A Sydney man and an 18-month-old baby have miraculously survived after plunging from an apartment balcony. 

NSW Police has confirmed officers attended the block on Conder street in Burwood, in the city’s Inner West, on Wednesday morning. 

The man, believed to have been holding the baby, injured his ankle while the toddler survived with a single scratch to the head.

Both were transported to Westmead Hospital in a stable condition.

Police will continue their investigations.
