A plush Sydney apartment is up for grabs to the first person who guesses how many Lego bricks are in a replica model of the tower.

The one-bedroom flat in Harris Park, in western Sydney, is worth $550,000 and in a huge brand new tower development. 

The Lego model will be on display at a Parramatta Eels game on Saturday at Parramatta Stadium for fans to inspect and form their guess.

The toy building was made by Cade Franklin, who won the competitive TV show Lego Masters in 2019.

The apartment is in the Paramount on Parkes development, which will have 366 apartments and ground floor retail outlets.

Developer Aland is a major sponsor of the Parramatta Eels, and the contest will be launched at Saturday’s game against the St George-Illawarra Dragons.

The tower will be on display at Gate B in the stadium, so fans can enter the competition at Eels homes games until September, 2021.

The lucky person who guesses correctly will still only have a slim chance of getting the flat, as they will have to select the right key from a barrel of 250.

Regardless of whether the winner gets the key, they will still take home a $20,000 Harvey Norman appliances package.

Parramatta Eels merchandise will be given to runners-up.

‘This competition is a unique opportunity for one lucky person to own their own dream home in the booming Parramatta precinct,’ Aland sales director Mark Bernberg said.
