Local resident Jacqueline Smith was horrified at the mass shooting while people were trying to mourn for another shooting victim.

 ‘I mean, it’s sad,’ she told Fox8.

‘For you to even… a person already, a family lost a person already, and for someone to come and do something like that, it’s just sad.’

Both Columbus Police and the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation responded to the scene.

The police have not released any information about the suspect or victim.
