Jemma Kidd and billionaire financier Arpad Busson make it official in holiday snap from St Moritz 

Could the Countess of Mornington Jemma Kidd and billionaire financier Arpad ‘Arki’ Busson look any cosier? 

My exclusive picture shows the new couple together for the first time, as they made their relationship public while holidaying in St Moritz.

Jemma sports a striking fur hat while Arki grips a furry blanket to keep out the cold.

This column first reported that former model and make-up artist Jemma, 47, and Arki, 59, had been flirting at exclusive London members’ club 5 Hertford Street in May last year. 

Things have moved on considerably since then, with the couple enjoying a horse-and-cart ride and dinner dates in the luxury resort.

Jemma’s 15-year marriage to Arthur Wellesley, the 9th Duke of Wellington’s elder son, ended amicably in 2020, while Arki is father to Elle Macpherson’s two sons and was once Uma Thurman’s fiancé.

The pair have colourful family histories. 

Arki’s step-grandfather, Hungarian financier Arpad Plesch, had a prized collection of esoteric pornography; Jemma’s great-grandfather, Sir Rowland Hodge, was convicted of hoarding 168lb (6oz) of bacon and ham during the First World War.

The actress went viral after mocking Meghan Markle in a hilarious Twitter video – watched by 1.2 million people – and she tells me she’s excited about the future.

As well as hunting for a new man on private members’ dating site Raya, she says she’s looking for an agent to help her turn her into a TV star, and has floated the idea of creating a Meggie Show.

Which will be good timing, as the 27-year-old is withdrawing from Twitter, fed up with the arguments and the woke warriors. 

‘It’s not me to have a Twitter war, it’s pathetic. We’re all adults. With woke people the rationality goes,’ she sighs. Good move, Meg.

With her headscarf, oversized sunglasses and suit jacket, Romeo Beckham’s girlfriend Mia Regan looks like she’s about to star in an am-dram production of hit 1991 film Thelma And Louise in this snap. 

Model Mia, 19, posted the image – shot for a H&M campaign – on Instagram, prompting Romeo, also 19 – who is probably too young to know the movie – to opine: ‘Size of those legs.’ Charmer.
