As Hannah Johnstone, 21, views the scene, she turns to her eight-month-old puppy Indie and asks: ‘What have you done?’
The destruction took place when Ms Johnstone left the house for work on March 3, and Indie was alone for five hours.

‘I took Indie to the dog park the day before this happened and we had a great time, got so much energy out and everything,’ the barista said.
‘I leave in the morning nice and early for work and come back around 10.30am.
‘It was so funny because when I come home I always see the dogs wagging their tails at the slider door all happy to see me, so I go up to them all excited and go to open the door.
‘In the corner of my eye I just see white, I actually thought it had been snowing for a second until I realised there was fluff everywhere!’
Indie, who has an older sibling named Lulu, had been left alone just long enough to wreak havoc inside the home.

‘After common sense hit me and I realised it doesn’t snow in Queensland, Australia, I instantly began looking for the source of the stuffing,’ Ms Johnstone said.
‘No way did I think it was her own doggy bed considering how much stuffing there was so I thought she had somehow ripped apart my sister’s oversized teddy bear or the couch or something.
‘I honestly didn’t realise just how much stuffing a dog bed could possibly have.

After initially being shocked at the sight of Indie’s torn-up dog bed, Ms Johnstone saw how much fun her pup was having and didn’t have the heart to tell her off
‘Like, surely they would design the bed with as little stuffing as possible for dogs who will very likely rip it apart!’

She added: ‘Honestly, she looked like she was having the best time surrounded by the stuffing that I just cleaned it up – it took about an hour because the stuffing was soft and didn’t clump together.’
