Easter holiday horror as boy, 3, is pulled from the surf while swimming with his dad 

A three-year-old boy has been pulled from the surf at a beach in Sydney’s north on Easter Sunday.   

Emergency services were called to Clontarf Beach just after 2.30pm with reports a toddler was drowning. 

They dragged the boy from the water and treated him at the scene. 

He was then airlifted to Royal North Shore hospital.
